Private and nonprofit, Quest University is a university. The university’s founding class, which consisted of 73 students, was in September 2007. The Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree is the only one offered by Quest, and its curriculum is considered as being unorthodox.

The university was quickly accredited by the Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills & Training, British Columbia and is situated in the medium-sized town of Squamish, British Columbia. The university is a coeducational higher education institution that grants degrees in areas including pre-degrees bachelor’s and offers courses and programs leading to those degrees.

Courses at Quest University

The university uses the one-course-at-a-time Block Plan and provides only one degree, a Bachelor of Arts and Science. The Foundation Program, which spans the first two years of college, provides a balance between the humanities, social sciences, and arts.

Students participate in building their learning program throughout the final two years of the Concentration Program by developing a “Question” to direct their study. The “Question” must be interdisciplinary, have a global context, involve experience learning away from school, and conclude with a Keystone project and public presentation as the foundation for its development.

tuition for Quest University

Since it is a non-profit institution, the University is not financially supported by the state. Several scholarships, bursaries, and government loan programs are available to applicants. Students from Canada and outside of Canada pay the same fixed tuition of $35,000. The cost of housing, books, health insurance, etc. is not included in the tuition.

All students must have a tablet or laptop computer, and non-Canadian students are expected to have health insurance.

In addition to links to relevant forms, an e-Learning platform, assignments, and other crucial class material, students can access their own personal calendar of events. Housing at Quest University

It is necessary to live on campus. The residential community at Quest offers a range of social, recreational, and educational activities that support students’ growth. Under some conditions, students may be allowed to opt out of living in the dorm as long as they present a written justification. For both Canadian and non-Canadian students, housing cost $8,200.
